Investing In Yourself: A Three-Day Personal & Strategic Planning Workshop

   
Developing Your Personal and Career Vision

For the past decade Martha and Dr. Tom Tavantzis have  invited you to a small group workshop experience in beautiful Greece.  We are now including Coronado, Panama as the site of our new Winter program. We will be delivering our proven, cutting-edge Workshop program for individual development: IMD’s Highlands Personal Strategic Planning Program. This program, which is the basis of all our programs, introduces participants to the 8 Factor Whole Person Model and creates the experiential opportunity for participants to focus on developing their own personal and career vision in a safe and supportive but challenging setting. 
We have the following objectives:

• To assist you in gaining a more detailed understanding of your ability profile 
• Learn your most powerful communications skills
• Experience and incorporate information using our 8 Factor Model: Abilities, Family of Origin, Passions, Personal Style, Career Cycle, Values, Skills and Goals into your emerging Vision and Developmental plan
• Provide you with 3, and 6 month group telephonic coaching follow-up sessions

Agenda 
To make the best use of our time together there will be pre-work (in the Manual plus the Battery Assessment that will need to be completed) sent out to participants 1 month prior to the workshop.

Arrival 
1/13     Individuals who have not received their Ability Battery feedback          consults will be scheduled on this day

          4-9 pm Overview of the workshop, Introductions and Career

          Development.  Group Wine Tasting and Dinner, Quick tour of the resort

1/14    8am Continental Breakfast

           8:30-12:30p     Abilities, Skills & Values Factors
           12:30-1:30       Group Lunch

           1:30-5:00         Workshop continues- Interests Factors      
 
1/15    8am                 Continental Breakfast

           8:30-12:00       Family of Origin and Personal Style Factors
           12:00-1:00       Lunch
           1:00-5:00         Workshop continues Brainstorming & Integration
           7:30                 Group Dinner

1/16    8am-1pm  Personl Vision Statement (Draft), Closing and Farewells 


Fees
The workshop fee is $950 U.S. payable by Nov 15, 2010. This is payable to IMD via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). This fee includes all group sponsored lunches and dinners, 1 books, 1 manual and your Ability battery plus your 2 hr individual feedback consultation).

Workshop Participants can attend as pre-approved Highlands trainees who are also obtaining their feedback certification (fee for certification is an additional $1750).  Feedback certification training will require additional hours before, during and after the workshop to satisfactory complete all requirements

This summer’s workshop will be delivering our proven, cutting-edge program for individual development: The Highlands Personal Strategic Planning Program.
