Christine Jacobs, MBA
An experienced executive with a broad range of functional and management experience within a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, electronics, power generation and out-sourced services.
While holding such titles as Division President, Senior Vice-President of Operations, and Executive Director of Supply Chain Management, Christine has led large complex organizations to superior performance aligned with company needs.
Christine’s drive for efficiency and process improvement comes both from industry experience and her educational background. She holds both and degrees in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
As a change from executive roles, Christine’s experiences and accomplishments have led to several main focused interests in consulting:

•Companies built through mergers and acquisitions often lose sight of the value of a common culture to impact results. Alignment across the company is critical to this effort.

•Programs and projects need leadership, consistent behaviors, expert teamwork and proper reward systems to be effective. These must all be evaluated and assessed to ensure success
